Program Description

Painting Business Pro offers an SMS messaging program that sends marketing and promotional messages, including special offers, discounts, service announcements, and other information related to our painting services. By opting in, you consent to receive these types of marketing text messages from Painting Business Pro.

Opt-In and Consent

To subscribe to the SMS service, the User must opt-in by providing their mobile number to Painting Business Pro. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. You may purchase our products and services without opting in to the SMS program.

Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency may vary.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Painting Business Pro is not responsible for any charges incurred by the User. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to any message received from Painting Business Pro. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability

Carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your phone number and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services. Disclaimer of Liability

Painting Business Pro will not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by the use of the SMS service. The User assumes all risks and responsibility for the use of the SMS service.

By subscribing to the SMS service provided by Painting Business Pro, the User agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. If the User does not agree to these terms and conditions, they should not subscribe to the SMS service.
